Information we use

Featured.video uses your name, email, video URL, campaign instructions, approvals and payment references to prepare and deliver campaigns. Publishers also provide account details, page information, placement fees and approval decisions.

Connected accounts and service providers

Facebook connections and posting are handled through Zernio and Meta. Payment details are entered on Stripe; Featured.video stores payment references, not card numbers. Video processing and article preparation may involve an external processing or publishing service. Campaign assets and the selected YouTube link are shared with the chosen publisher. Public page listings show enrolled page names, audience information, descriptions and placement prices.

Private links and sessions

Your private campaign link grants access to its preview and actions. Keep it confidential. We use session cookies for account access and form protection, and short-lived request counters to limit abuse.

Retention and requests

Unconfirmed campaign requests expire after 14 days. Unpurchased previews expire after 30 days; expiring a preview does not automatically erase every associated record. Campaign, account and payment records are retained for service operation and resolving delivery or payment questions. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we will explain any records that need to be retained.
